How do I order?
Ordering online is as simple as selecting what you need and adding it to the cart then proceeding to check out.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
There may be a slight variation in colour due to your viewing platform or device but nothing very noticeable.
Where can I view my receipt?
When you place an order, your email address needs to be entered.
If you didn’t receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or send us a message with your name and date of purchase – we’ll be able to send one right over.
How can I return an item?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn / unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To initiate your return or exchange please complete the following steps:
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org your purchase details (such as date of purchase, name, address) and reason for your return.
• Once we receive and process your return request, we will email you a confirmation of return.

• Once we receive your returned item/s, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm the status of your return after inspection.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a replacement or refund item per your request.
• You will receive your replacement item/s or refund within a certain amount of days, depending on stock availability, postage delivery times or in the case of refunds, credit card / PayPal processing times.
• Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your returned item, we will check it and notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”
Most merchandise will be restocked on a regular basis however Limited Edition merchandise is only a limited amount so will not be restocked.
Where can I ship my order?
At REDSIX we ship nationwide in Australia with International shipping to commence 2024. We do also ship internationally upon request so please contact us directly for a price.
shipping is a flat fee of $12 + GST of your order and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery times will depend on stock availability and your location. We do endeavour to ship completed orders within 48hours of receipt of payment.
